Fremantle has struck new deals with Fox Networks Group (FNG) Bulgaria and United Media in the Balkans to bring multiple unscripted titles to the region, including several Jamie Oliver series.

FNG Bulgaria and Fremantle have signed a multiyear deal to air a range of content from the celebrity chef on the 24 Kitchen channel. The broadcaster will premiere the eighth season of Jamie and Jimmy’s Food Fight Club later this year, as well as all new programming featuring Oliver that is produced during their term. The partnership is a renewal of a previous three-year deal between the two companies, which includes Fremantle’s cooking shows Nigel Slater’s Middle East and Hairy Bikers Mediterranean Adventure.

United Media, meanwhile, will launch both the British and American versions of the globally successful Syco Entertainment and Fremantle format Got Talent, as well as The X Factor UK.

Nick Pawsey, VP of sales and distribution for CEE and Russia at Fremantle, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Fox and United Media to showcase a wide range of Fremantle’s most loved and talked about non-scripted series throughout the region. Our partnership with United Media marks the first time an international version of these formats has been sold in the Balkans, meanwhile, our renewal with Fox is a testament to the success of these brands in the region.”
