UFA Show & Factual Appoints Executive Director Trio

The Fremantle company UFA Show & Factual has promoted three team members to fill executive director roles across development, entertainment, and factual and reality.

As executive director of development, Bianca Barth will be responsible for developing projects in the future and will lead the development team across locations. Christof Schulte, the new executive director of entertainment, will be responsible for entertainment-show formats and will promote the sale of new entertainment projects. Elevated to executive director of factual and reality, Ralf Jühe will be responsible for all factual and reality formats and will drive the development of new projects.

Barth has been working for UFA Show & Factual since 2013, when she joined as a producer, and was promoted to senior producer development in 2015.

Schulte started his career at UFA Show & Factual (then Pearson Television) in 2001. He worked as an editor on various entertainment formats and later was responsible as a producer, senior producer and executive producer (since 2017) for international adaptations and in-house developments of various formats.

Jühe joined UFA Show & Factual as a producer in 2014 and was promoted to senior producer in 2015.
