TVF Sends Titles to South Korea

TVF International has secured a raft of deals across South Korea, including for Untold Arctic Wars.

Korea’s SBS licensed more than 40 hours of 4K factual programming, including the new SVT-commissioned history series Untold Arctic Wars, A Dog for Life and the BBC-commissioned history doc Mechanical Monsters.

SBS also picked up a slew of environmental programming including Eco-Heroines, SVT’s Extraordinary Eco-Systems, the conservation series Saving the Wild and the award-winning Smithsonian documentary The Disappearing Delta.

Lian Contents also went for environmentally focused programing, with Chasing Scarcity and The Longest Day: On the Climate Crisis Frontline. Lian Contents additionally licensed the feel-good travel series Destination Vacation.

Public broadcaster MBC picked up a package of Aerial titles covering a range of locations, including Germany, the Balearic Islands and the United States. As well as Aerial Profiles season three, MBC acquired Britain from the Air.

JCG Korea opted for a package of hiking series hosted by Julia Bradbury, including Britain’s Great Outdoors, Coast & Country and Wainwright Walks.
