Terra Mater Documentaries Sell Around the Globe

CANNES: Terra Mater Factual Studios (TMFS) has sold a number of its docs to channels in France, Spain, Italy, Poland, the U.S., Mexico, China, Taiwan and Iran.

David Attenborough’s Light on Earth is headed to Spanish channel RTVE as well as to France 5, Taiwan’s PTS and China’s CCTV10. Wild Weather with Richard Hammond was licensed to Poland’s MetroTV and CCTV10. Iran’s IRIB went for several nature and science docs, while Mexico’s Canal Once snapped up the rights for Brazil—A Natural History.

TMFS will continue its co-pro partnership with National Geographic WILD for such productions as Wild Uganda, Wild Tanzania and Namibia—Sanctuary of Giants. In additional, presales were secured for Badlands, The Leopard Rocks, Nature’s Greatest Talents and Okavango—Thread of Life.
