NEW YORK: TLC has begun production on Miss Pooh to the Rescue (working title), featuring viral sensation Veronica “Pooh” Nash-Poleate.

Nash-Poleate has more than 20 million views on her “Don’t Go in the Shark’s House” clip. The eight-episode series will follow the school guidance counselor as she spreads her Pooh-losophy mission, making house calls to share her advice. Nash-Poleate is also joining TLC’s multiplatform destination, TLCme, as its newest vlogger. Miss Pooh to the Rescue, produced by Maverick TV and All3Media America for TLC, is scheduled to premiere in November.

“TLC has truly evolved into a multiplatform brand with TLCme as the destination for our audience year-round,” said Scott Lewers, TLC’s senior VP of multiplatform programming and digital media. “We are excited to introduce Pooh on TLCme months before the show premieres on linear, which allows us to add another dimension and drive awareness for the new series and for her as a talent.”
