National Geographic and Rex, part of Zinc Media Group, have greenlit Top Gun: The Next Generation (w.t.), a docuseries with unprecedented access to one of the U.S. Navy’s training programs.

Zinc Media Group has appointed former Uplands and BBC Studios production head Nick Todd as Zinc Television’s head of production.

Tanya Shaw has been named managing director for Zinc Television, taking on leadership for labels such as Blakeway, Brook Lapping, Films of Record, Red Sauce and Supercollider.
