Following its acquisition of Off The Fence's distribution assets, Insight TV has launched the World Storytelling Media Group (WSMG) to house both companies.

Insight TV, which operates a suite of factual channels, has reached a deal to acquire Off the Fence's assets, with some key staff being retained in the transaction while the outfit's in-house production arm is being shuttered.
