Red Arrow Picks Up Majority Stake in Wahlburgers Producer

MUNICH/LOS ANGELES: Red Arrow Entertainment Group has purchased a 65-percent stake in the U.S.-based production company 44 Blue Productions.

44 Blue specializes in non-scripted productions, with a focus on docuseries, factual entertainment, celeb-reality, lifestyle and action-adventure programming. Its credits include Wahlburgers, Nightwatch, Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry and Pit Bulls & Parolees. As part of the acquisition of 44 Blue, Red Arrow will also gain access to Ovrture, the virtual reality studio launched in 2015 to produce 360-degree and immersive content for broadcasters. Red Arrow International will distribute the company’s programs internationally.
