Paramount+ Reveals Slate of U.K. Factual Originals

A fresh slate of original factual titles commissioned from U.K. production companies is set for Paramount+, which is launching in the U.K. and Ireland on June 22.

Among the titles joining the lineup of Paramount+ originals is Hot Yachts, a six-parter from Curve Media. Set in South Florida, the series enters the world of an elite group of yacht brokers as they compete to sell everything from $1 million motor launches to $100 million super yachts.

A three-parter from Two Rivers Media and All3Media, MONSTER: The Mystery of Loch Ness tells the legendary story in a detailed forensic examination of the evidence and features first-hand accounts from those who claim to have seen, encountered and hunted the beast. All3Media International will handle global sales.

Simple Minds: Once Upon a Time (w.t.), from Lonesome Pine Productions, presents the untold story of the Scottish band, with Jim Kerr and Charlie Burchill delving into the highs and lows of a 40-year career and a 50-year friendship.

Strip, a six-parter produced by Firecracker Scotland, takes viewers into the world of strippers working the Vegas Strip. It follows a main cast of nine women onstage, backstage and at home. Strip will be distributed by Passion Distribution.

From Story Films, Studio 99 and All3Media International, The Premiership: Rise of the Billionaires (w.t.) is a coming-of-age story of the English Premier League, told by its stars. It combines archive with exclusive and candid interviews. All3Media International will handle global sales.
