Paramount+ Commissions Two New Docuseries

Paramount+ has ordered two new docuseries, Don’t Date Brandon and Thirst Trap: The Fame. The Fantasy. The Fallout., from See It Now Studios.

Don’t Date Brandon and Thirst Trap are gripping and timely stories about the price of digital fame and deception,” said Susan Zirinsky, president of See It Now Studios. “Through raw, riveting interviews, each docuseries takes you on a journey to expose the truth, revealing that things are not always as they appear. We’re proud to collaborate with these storytellers, whose work will captivate audiences from the first frame to the final credits.”

Thirst Trap premieres September 9, while Don’t Date Brandon premieres on October 28. Both docuseries take a deep dive into the dark side of internet fame and modern-day deception.

For See It Now Studios, Zirinsky and Terence Wrong serve as executive producers, with Aysu Saliba and Cara Tortora as supervising producers for both series.

Thirst Trap is directed by Trish Neufeld and executive produced by James Buddy Day for Pyramid Productions and Aaron Fishman for APG Pictures.

Don’t Date Brandon is directed by Grace Chapman and executive produced by Steven Green and Eliya Aman for Wag Entertainment, a Fremantle company. Don’t Date Brandon is a co-production between See It Now Studios and Wag Entertainment.
