Off the Fence Reorganizes Team

AMSTERDAM: Off the Fence (OTF) has made some changes within its executive team, including Ludo Dufour, current VP of sales, being promoted to managing director of sales and co-productions.

Dufour, who joined OTF in 2011, commented: “It is with great passion and enthusiasm that I take on this role. OTF has an outstanding track record and works with the best nonfiction producers in the world. It is also an inspiring place to work and I am thrilled to be leading a team of ambitious, creative and dedicated sales executives. I look forward to increasing my impact on the company’s continued success.”

Kurt Thorson, who has had various roles in the company since 2003, has been appointed as its new CFO. Thorson previously held various financial positions within the Canal+ group. His immediate focus will be to maximize OTF’s growth and revenue streams. Thorson commented: “I am excited to take on the CFO role within the company. I embrace the opportunity to rejoin an organization that I know and love while playing a key role in the strategic and financial future of OTF.”
