Off the Fence Hires Development Producer

Off the Fence has appointed Becky Pott as development producer, bolstering its OTF Originals team.

“I am looking forward to joining Off the Fence in Bristol,” said Pott. “It is such an exciting time to be working with the company. They are going from strength to strength.”

With nearly ten years of experience in documentary production and development, Pott has worked with such independent production companies as Mindhouse, BBC Studios, Lambent and Top Hat. Programs Pott has worked on include Louis Theroux: The Night in Question and Louis Theroux: Mothers on the Edge (BBC2), Max Clifford: The Fall of a Tabloid King (C4), The Met: Policing London (BBC1) and the Grierson Award-winning Raped: My Story (C5).

Off the Fence Chief Content Officer Allison Bean said: “Today’s constantly developing market features more places to sell content than ever before. And this content can take a wide range of formats. Investing directly into our own brand opens up a world of new opportunities. Investing in the development team is investing in the heart of any creative company.”
