NewsPlayer+ Launches in the U.K.

Player+ has rolled out in the U.K. NewsPlayer+, a new service providing viewers with an opportunity to watch global perspectives on news stories from around the world.

NewsPlayer+ brings a range of premium English-language news brands together, offering navigation across diverse international perspectives. U.K. subscribers can immediately access such broadcasters as Al Jazeera, Bloomberg TV, Bloomberg’s new channel Quicktake, Euronews and Newsmax, alongside an array of international news networks that includes Africanews, Germany’s DW-TV, France 24, China’s CGTN, India’s NDTV 24×7, Israel’s i24, Russia’s RT, Australia’s Ticker, Turkey’s TRT and the U.S. network NewsNet.

Subscribers can sign up for a seven-day free trial, with a special launch offer starting at £2.50 ($3.40) per month. The platform can be accessed via Amazon Fire TV, browsers, iOS and Android devices, with more added soon.
