New Impossible Engineering Episodes Head to UKTV & Science Channel

Twofour’s Impossible Engineering is set to air 16 new episodes on UKTV’s Yesterday channel, as well as on Discovery’s Science Channel in the U.S.

Each episode gives a revelatory account of some of the most jaw-dropping feats of science and technology. The historic trailblazers who designed new building techniques, took risks on untested materials and revolutionized their field will weigh in on the events. The Impossible brand now boasts a combination of six seasons, including the spin-off Impossible Railways, spanning 48 episodes with sales to over 120 territories worldwide.

Impossible Engineering will be airing on Yesterday next year for its exclusive U.K. premiere.

The U.K. deal was brokered by Holly Hodges, head of sales operations and VP of sales for North America, the U.K./Eire, Australia and New Zealand, who said: “Its illuminating and accessible subject matter has made it a genuine global hit. Season five is our biggest season yet, and we can’t wait for our worldwide audiences to experience the amazing breadth of engineering marvels.”
