NBC Lines Up ITN Productions’ Inside the Royal Wedding

NBC has slated Inside the Royal Wedding: Harry and Meghan, an hour-long special from ITN Productions that will be hosted by Today anchors Savannah Guthrie and Hoda Kotb.

The special marks ITN Productions’ first U.S. prime-time network documentary. It will air on NBC on May 16 at 10 p.m. and will offer viewers an exclusive and unprecedented glimpse into the fairy-tale romance of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Close friends of the couple will share the story of how the pair fell in love. Inside the Royal Wedding: Harry and Meghan will also feature exclusive interviews with top figures from the worlds of fashion, sports and show business. Additionally, experts involved in planning the May wedding and previous nuptials will explain what it takes to stage an event on this scale.

Filmed in Europe, Africa and the U.S., the special will also feature people who have inspired the pair’s global charity-focus. Inside the Royal Wedding: Harry and Meghan is produced by ITN Productions with Ian Rumsey serving as executive producer, Rachel Kinnock as producer and Nathaniel Lippiett as producer and director.
