NASA’s 10 Greatest Achievements Doc Set for UKTV, Foxtel, Al Arabiya

LONDON: The space documentary NASA’s 10 Greatest Achievements has been picked up by UKTV, Australia's Foxtel and Al Arabiya in the Middle East to air in 2016.

Created by U.K. production company Free Spirit Film & Television, the 2×52-minute HD doc looks at NASA's greatest achievements over five decades. It uses visual effects, archive footage and expert interviews with space scientists to unearth the importance of space exploration and relive moments such as the Apollo 11 moon landing. NASA’s 10 Greatest Achievements is represented by Espresso Media International.

David Hooper, the managing director of Espresso Media International, commented: “Having signed presales with top broadcasters from a 10-minute trailer alone shows us NASA’s 10 Greatest Achievements is going to hit the mark with audiences. We’ve worked with Free Spirit on a number of our space programs and look forward to sharing the finished film.”
