More Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations for Travel Channel

NEW YORK: Travel Channel has ordered a fourth season of Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations, hosted by chef Andrew Zimmern.

Travel Channel has greenlit 26 half-hour episodes of the series, which highlights popular foods that define a particular locale. Currently running in its third season, the show is delivering its highest ratings to date. In addition to hosting, Zimmern also serves as executive producer on the series, which is an extension of the popular Bizarre Foods franchise.

Courtney White, the senior VP of programming and production at Travel Channel, said, “Bizarre Foods: Delicious Destinations is a fun culinary escape that answers the ubiquitous question that we all have while traveling: ‘Where do we get a good meal around here?’ Andrew’s culinary expertise and magnetic personality make him the perfect expert to guide us through the must-eat dishes in the most exciting cities on the planet.”
