ITN Productions Expanding Production Base

ITN Productions is expanding its regional production base and creating new roles in its London headquarters.

Current head of development, Georgina Mantle, will see her role expand as she takes on the title of creative director. Her primary focus will remain on driving development for ITNP television along with wider strategic responsibilities.

The company is creating a raft of roles, including a new head of regions, as part of continued growth plans. The head of regions role underlines ITN Productions’ priority to grow the U.K. factual slate outside of London and increase regional production further by expanding its Leeds base.

To further support the regional push, there will also be new roles recruited in Leeds later this year.

A new development executive will also be added to the London team.

Ian Rumsey, managing director of television at ITN Productions, said: “We’ve had an extremely busy and successful start to the year. That’s because of the hard work and incredible character and commitment shown by our talented team. But like all good teams, we can’t stand still, so I’m delighted that we’re growing—in London and in Leeds.”

Mantle added: “I’m excited to be developing this role further and immersing myself in the strategic vision for the company, which goes from strength to strength.”
