Hot Snakes Media Names New VP of Unscripted

Hot Snakes Media has appointed Valerie Idehen, formerly director of development for Propagate Content, as its new VP of unscripted.

Idehen will oversee all shows currently in production, be responsible for vetting and managing series producers and crews and ensure creative quality control for all projects.

Throughout her career, Idehen has served as an executive producer, multi-camera director, development executive and content creator. She has delivered shows to a wide range of networks and platforms, including Lifetime, VH1, WE tv, E!, TLC, Oxygen, SoulPancake, YouTube and So Yummy. She originally began her career as a department assistant at Comedy Central in advertising and marketing before transitioning into production development at MTV.

In her new role with Hot Snakes, she will report directly to Naimah Holmes, president.
