Gusto Preps One Big Recipe

Gusto Worldwide Media has unveiled its newest show in production, One Big Recipe, hosted by Montreal-based chef Kim Lallouz.

One Big Recipe shows audiences how to pull off a successful four-course dinner in just one afternoon. Combining all the recipes—from prep work to plating—Lallouz distills the ambitious dinner into one master list. She selects recipes that balance taste, texture and temperature, with an eye for presentation.

Lallouz opened her first business, Miss Prêt à Manger, a catering service that focused on local products, in 2010. She has since opened several restaurants with a focus on original dishes, fair prices and fresh produce. In 2016, she starred in the cooking show Les Garden-Partys de Kimberly.

Chris Knight, CEO and president of Gusto Worldwide Media, said: “With the integration of second-screen shooting, we continue to push the food-genre and evolve our content in-house as seen in our latest show, One Big Recipe. If you’ve ever been intimidated by preparing a four-course meal, fear not, One Big Recipe is here!”
