Gusto Cooking Titles Picked Up by OSN in MENA

OSN, an entertainment network in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), has acquired more than 40 hours of original food programming from Gusto Worldwide Media.

Among the titles featured in the volume content deal is Gusto’s newest series and MIPTV highlight, DNA Dinners. Also included and set to air on OSN are Fresh Market Dinners, Watts on the Grill, Flour Power, DNA Dinners, The Urban Vegetarian, Flour Power Holiday Specials, Watts up for the Holidays and Spencer’s BIG Holiday.

Gusto has previously inked deals to send its cooking programming to South Korea, Hungary, the U.S. and the Netherlands.

Corey Caplan, Gusto Worldwide Media’s senior director of international sales, said: “This is our first deal for both DNA Dinners and the Flour Power Holiday Specials, which were shot in late 2018. This acquisition includes a ton of recent titles that have been produced within the last three years. We’re excited to bring our programming to Middle East audiences with OSN. This sale represents how fresh we keep our catalog and how quickly we can bring it to market.”
