Great Pacific Media (GPM), Thunderbird Entertainment’s unscripted content arm, has promoted Lindsay Macadam to executive VP and Todd Serotiuk to VP of creative.

Macadam, previously senior VP of content and business development, will lead business development and third-party partnerships, as well as oversee new and current series. She is currently an executive producer on GPM’s first drama, Reginald the Vampire.

Macadam has more than 15 years of experience in film and TV production, including serving as a leading executive producer on the drama series Motive (CTV, NBCUniversal International). She recently spearheaded the formation of GPM’s strategic partnership with Sean Connolly’s Original Content Lab.

Serotiuk, who previously served as executive producer and showrunner for six seasons of Heavy Rescue: 401 and two seasons of Highway Thru Hell, will now be responsible for overseeing the creative on new key series, helping foster the professional development of GPM team members and consulting on the creative direction and execution of projects in development.

Serotiuk brings more than two decades of experience working as a top-level director, writer and story editor on unscripted and documentary series, notably serving as story editor and director of Ice Pilots NWT, to the role.

Macadam will report to GPM President David Way, and Serotiuk will report to Way and Macadam.

“Building on a banner year where we added five new series and had strong renewals of existing series, these promotions are significant for GPM and its continued success,” Way said. “Lindsay and Todd possess a wealth of experience in their respective areas, and they both have a keen creative sense and terrific all-round leadership skills that will further elevate our teams and shows.”

In addition, Thunderbird promoted Lori Massini from VP of legal and business affairs to senior VP of legal and business affairs.
