Elon Musk’s Crash Course, the latest The New York Times Presents documentary feature, is slated to premiere on FX and Hulu next month.

Drawing on firsthand accounts, Elon Musk’s Crash Course traces how Autopilot has played a part in a number of deaths and accidents that Tesla has not publicly acknowledged. It also details the pressure Musk put on government officials to quash investigations and features former Tesla employees speaking out against Musk for promoting a self-driving program that they believe was dangerous.

Elon Musk’s Crash Course hails from producer and director Emma Schwartz and features the work of The New York Times reporters Cade Metz and Neal Boudette. It will premiere simultaneously on FX and Hulu on May 20.

The New York Times Presents documentary series is produced by The New York Times and Left/Right, a Red Arrow Studios company.
