Dorsey Pictures, a Red Arrow Studios company, has signed a pair of first-look deals as it continues its expansion into the true-crime genre.

Emmy-nominated true-crime producer Kelly McLear and Randy Williams, a true-crime author, have both signed with Dorsey. McLear is best known for her work on Crime Watch Daily. A leader in martial arts, private investigator and true-crime author, Williams has appeared on the crime podcast The Lineup and wrote Sherlock Holmes and the Autumn of Terror.

“As we bring our unique view into the world of crime, we want to align with longtime experts in the field that have a pulse on the most compelling stories and characters,” said Chris Dorsey, founding partner of Dorsey Pictures. “Kelly and Randy have unique skillsets and decades of experience, along with tremendous trust in their field.”
