IN10 Media will showcase an exclusive first look at DocuBay, its new global subscription-based streaming service and VOD platform dedicated to premium documentary features, at MIPDoc.
DocuBay is scheduled to launch worldwide this summer. It will first be available on the App Store and Google Play, with availability on other platforms soon after.
In its MIPDoc and MIPTV preview, docu titles from countries such as France, the U.S., Norway, India, Australia, Cambodia, Turkey, and the Netherlands will be available to screen. Akul Tripathi, COO of DocuBay, is on the jury for two international pitch sessions at MIPDoc. The MIPDoc International Pitch (presented in partnership with DocuBay) is open to all creators and producers seeking to develop factual and documentary projects with co-production partners. Competitors will be narrowed down to five finalists who will have an opportunity to pitch their most compelling new projects to a jury of international decision-makers.
The DocuBay team will be looking to acquire documentary film content from global distributors, as well as meet with potential investors and international co-production partners.
