DJ Nurre Moves Up at 3 Ball Entertainment

MANHATTAN BEACH: 3 Ball Entertainment has promoted DJ Nurre, a seasoned exec producer, to executive VP of programming and development.

In his new role, Burre will oversee all development for 3 Ball Entertainment. He will focus more on the creation of IP for broadcast and cable, as well as digital and OTT, while also leading an expanding casting and development team.

Nurre first joined the unscripted production company—previously named 3 Ball Productions—as an editor in 2004. He served as showrunner on a number of 3 Ball series, as well as senior VP of development and current. Among his current credits are Bar Rescue for Spike and My Cat from Hell for Animal Planet.
