Curiosity has commissioned Oops I Changed the World, a docuseries totaling 15 hours, from Arrow Media.

The 15 hour-long episodes tell the stories of accidental and surprise inventions that transformed the world, from exploring how a broken thermometer led to a scientist creating the first-ever photograph to how all the plastic in the world owes its existence to a cut finger.

Oops I Changed the World is an entertaining and informative romp through some of the untold stories of innovation,” said Stuart Pender, executive producer at Arrow Media. “It makes science fun and accessible to adults and children alike, as it delivers a fresh approach to science content.”

Tom Brisley, creative director at Arrow Media, added, “This is a major commission for Arrow Media and further grows our reputation as a world-renowned producer of high-profile series. As the U.S. continues to be a key market for us, we are delighted to be building our relationship with Curiosity to bring this compelling and fun series to screens.”
