Atlas Media in Development Deal with TV Legal Analyst Lis Wiehl

Atlas Media Corp. has secured an exclusive development deal with New York Times best-selling author, former federal prosecutor and TV legal analyst Lis Wiehl.

Wiehl served as a legal analyst and reporter for Fox News for 15 years, and before that worked in a similar capacity for NBC News and NPR’s All Things Considered. A graduate of Harvard Law School, she was also a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s office. Additionally, Wiehl is the author of 17 best-selling books, both nonfiction and fiction, and has a new book series coming out.

“Hired killers, murderous femme fatales, homicidal spouses—Lis came up against the most diabolical criminals during her years as a federal prosecutor—she knows this world better than anyone” said Bruce David Klein, Atlas’s president and executive producer. “She’s also a seasoned crime writer and well-known television personality who knows how to spin a damn good story. We couldn’t be more excited to dig into the twisted world of true crime with her.”

“I’m thrilled to be ‘partners in crime’ with Atlas Media,” said Wiehl. “Together, we’re going to pursue justice through storytelling from the world of true crime. Stay tuned!”
