Arrow Media Strengthens Senior Team

Stephen Dost has been promoted to the newly created role of VP of content for factual producer Arrow Media.

The promotion of U.S.-based Dost underscores Arrow Media’s goal to build its presence in the country. Dost joined Arrow Media in 2022 as an executive producer as part of the editorial team. In his new role, Dost’s remit will now include devising and delivering the company’s U.S. strategy and driving relationships with clients.

Dost takes up his role with immediate effect and will report to CEO Tom Brisley.

“The U.S. is a hugely important territory for Arrow Media,” said Brisley. “Stephen has an extensive understanding of the U.S. market and is an absolute go-getter. I’m delighted that he’s taken on the mantle of VP of content to help further establish Arrow Media’s presence stateside.”

Last year, Asacha Media Group acquired a majority stake in Arrow Media. As part of Asacha, Arrow Media is continuing to pursue further growth in the U.K. and U.S. while expanding into new markets and exploring international co-production opportunities with other factual producers within the pan-European group.

Dost added: “Arrow Media has built an impressive footprint in the U.S. across multiple platforms with a portfolio of returning series, as well as launching a number of new projects and working with major streamers on high-profile programs.
