Animals Up Close with Bertie Gregory Lands Renewal

National Geographic’s Disney+ original series Animals Up Close with Bertie Gregory has been renewed for a second season.

The Emmy- and BAFTA-nominated program is produced by Wildstar Films. The upcoming installment, which will stream exclusively on Disney+, will see host, producer and director of photography Bertie Gregory capture various wildlife’s daily battles and behaviors on our changing planet.

The show’s renewal follows Gregory’s hit contribution to Nat Geo’s ourHOME Earth Month celebration in April. The emperor penguin footage was filmed for the next installment of National Geographic’s Emmy Award-winning Secrets Of franchise.
