Piranesi—Visionary of Shadow and Stone traces the life of Giovanni Battista Piranesi, artist, archaeologist and visionary. It “taps into the enigma of the genius, a theme with global appeal,” she says. “Although Piranesi is a well-known and highly influential figure in the worlds of art, architecture and archaeology, there is currently no major documentary exploring his life and mind. This project fills a gap.”
