House Doctor Returning to Channel 5

LONDON: FremantleMedia’s Boundless Productions has been commissioned to produce 45 episodes of the popular home-makeover series House Doctor for Channel 5 in the U.K.

House Doctor is led by Los Angeles designer Tracy Metro, who helps transform homes to make them more appealing to buyers. The 45×60-minute new episodes will begin airing on Channel 5 later this year. The show’s global distribution is handled by FremantleMedia International.

Metro remarked: “There is so much potential in the houses I’ve seen and I love the thrill of bringing my distinctive design aesthetic and peppering it throughout the U.K., transforming houses as I go.”
