Off the Fence Adds Rachel Carson to Acquisitions Team

Off the Fence has appointed eOne UK and Little Dot Studios alum Rachel Carson as acquisitions executive.

Carson spent nearly a decade at eOne UK, where she helped grow globally recognized preschool brands such as Peppa Pig, PJ Masks and Transformers. She most recently expanded her sales and acquisitions expertise at Kartoon Studios and Little Dot Studios, acquiring around 2,000 hours of content for the Little Dot Studios Network, which includes more than 135 YouTube channels and seven FAST channels.

The appointment comes as Off the Fence prepares for the London TV Screenings with several new titles, including Mind of a Predator, Secrets Ways of Wild Dogs, Growing Up Cat and Staged: Deadly Deceptions.

“I’m passionate about building impactful relationships and championing innovation across an evolving media landscape,” Carson said. “Acquiring thousands of hours for YouTube and FAST has given me a clear view of opportunities across both legacy and emerging models. With OTF’s strong catalog and ambitious unscripted slate, this feels like the perfect next step.”

“Rachel came with high recommendations, and I’m so pleased to have her join the Off the Fence family,” added Loren Baxter, VP of acquisitions. “Rachel comes to us with over ten years of experience in the TV distribution world, and with her more recent position as acquisitions executive at Little Dot Studios, we’re confident she’ll bring huge value to us as a group as we navigate our place under the World Storytelling Media banner.”
