Syndicado Film Sales Rebrands as Verità Films

Syndicado Film Sales is rebranding as Verità Films in a move to further solidify its focus as a documentary-only sales brand.

“Documentaries have always been the cornerstone of our company,” said Greg Rubidge, founder of Verità Films. “Rebranding as Verità Films allows us to sharpen our identity around truth-driven storytelling and provide filmmakers with a dedicated home for their work.”

Jasmina Vignjević has been promoted to head of sales and acquisitions for Verità Films, to oversee sales and acquisitions for the company’s slate, which includes Denis Côté’s Paul and Myrid Carten’s A Want in Her.

Verità Films continues to operate from Europe and Canada, supported by parent company Syndicado’s more than 15-year history of distribution, which started in VOD and grew into home video, theatrical, broadcast and educational rights covering multiple territories.
