HISTORY, Hulu Japan to Air Hiroshima and Nagasaki Co-Pro

The two-hour doc Hiroshima and Nagasaki: 75 Years Later is set to premiere  on Hulu Japan and HISTORY in the U.S. on August 2, with HISTORY Japan airing the film August 30.

Directed by award-winning documentarian James Erskine, the film will air in the U.S. as Hiroshima: 75 Years Later. It marks the 75th anniversary of the first detonation of a nuclear weapon in wartime, using never-before-seen archival footage, long-suppressed color film from the immediate aftermath of the bomb and audio testimony from victims.

Hiroshima and Nagasaki: 75 Years Later is produced for HISTORY by October Films and co-produced by A+E Networks International, HISTORY U.S. and Hulu Japan. A+E Networks holds worldwide distribution rights.
