High Noon Entertainment has promoted longtime executive Katie Neff to the position of senior VP of development.

Neff has been with the company since 2011, previously serving as VP of development. In that position, she worked closely with Chip and Joanna Gaines on the Emmy-nominated HGTV series Fixer Upper. In addition to continuing to manage the development team, Neff will drive the creation of original formats, discover unique talent and IP and head the company’s diverse development slate.

Neff’s other credits include HGTV’s Restored by the Fords, Good Bones, One of a Kind, Flip or Flop Vegas and Farmhouse Fixer, in addition to a number of other projects currently in production and development. She has developed and sold shows to networks including Animal Planet, Food Network, Discovery, Netflix and Facebook, among others, covering an array of genres ranging from home renovation and food, to adventure, travel, documentary, crime and survival.

Neff’s promotion comes on the heels of High Noon Co-Founder Jim Berger’s new deal with the company, which saw him become chairman of High Noon Entertainment and strategic advisor of ITV America, as well as the elevation of longtime staffer Dana Kopper to general manager in April.

Scott Feeley, president of High Noon Entertainment, said: “Katie has been integral in forwarding the High Noon brand over the past near decade, and continues to brandish her unparalleled skills in identifying unknown, skilled talent that pops in the marketplace. Her expertise in building shows around these incredible finds makes her a valuable asset for High Noon, and we’re happy to have her on the frontlines of the business with current and new buyers.”
