Beyond Distribution Secures Sales for Chasing Monsters & More

Beyond Distribution has secured a raft of factual sales to broadcasters in the U.S. and Canada.

Seasons one and two of Chasing Monsters with extreme angler and adventurer Cyril Chauquet has sold to National Geographic Channels in the U.S., which also acquired seasons two and three of the rescue team series Highway Thru Hell. The Weather Channel picked up the fourth and seventh seasons of Highway Thru Hell, as well as season three of Heavy Rescue, a series about the unique challenges rescue and maintenance crews face along North America’s most vital trade route.

The U.S. cable and satellite channel BYUtv acquired CBBC kids’ series Ice Stars and Gym Stars, which feature the ups and downs of life for top young U.K. ice stars and gymnasts, respectively.

MythBusters Junior was picked up by Bell Media for the French-Canadian channel Ztele. Other Canadian sales deals include Blue Ant Media acquiring both seasons of Love It or List It Australia, and the Mexican cookery series Pati’s Mexican Table being snapped up by Telelatino Network.
