ARTE Distribution Presells Michael Jackson Doc & More

ARTE Distribution has secured presales for the documentary Michael Jackson: Gone Too Soon, among other factual titles from the catalog.

Michael Jackson: Gone Too Soon coincides with the tenth anniversary of the King of Pop’s death on June 25, 2019. Originally produced for TF1 in France, it has been presold to Radio Canada as well as to a Chinese SVOD platform.

ARTE also presold Dr. Jack and Mr. Nicholson to Knowledge Network in Canada, MBC Al Arabiya, Sky Arte in Italy and RTS in Switzerland. The biopic looks at the life and career of the Academy Award-winning actor.

Starbucks Unfiltered, about the coffee franchise’s marketing strategies, is headed to ZDF in Germany, RTS, SF and RSI in Switzerland, RTBF in Belgium, PTS in Taiwan, TG4 in Ireland, MBC Al Arabiya and Bilibili in China.

In addition, the new series Volcano Stories and Living with Volcanos were both snapped up by Viasat in Europe, MBC Alarabiya, Planète France and Planet Poland, Radio Canada and Rai in Italy.
