Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Rolls Out on Brazilian Home Video

NEW YORK: 4K Media’s Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, the first series in the hit animated franchise, is set to launch on DVD this year in Brazil.

The show’s first two seasons will be released via PlayArte Pictures Entretenimento. The DVDs will feature a version dubbed in Portuguese, as well as the original Japanese version. The Yu-Gi-Oh! animated franchise is made up of more than 700 episodes in 15 local languages.

Besides Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters, other installments include Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D’s, Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL and Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. The series are complemented by a Yu-Gi-Oh! trading-card game, video games, licensed products and feature films. 4K Media, a Konami Digital Entertainment subsidiary, manages the licensing and marketing of the Yu-Gi-Oh! brand.
