Yippee, a new video streaming service designed for families with kids ages 2 to 10, has rolled out to cater to parents spending more time at home with their children amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The platform currently offers more than 1,000 hours of programming through a subscription model, with episodes of VeggieTales and Madeline among its initial offerings. Yippee has curated dozens of other cartoons and unscripted shows to appeal to kids who are interested in crafts, cars, animals, adventure and more.

Yippee is available via Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV, Samsung TV, as well as via iOS and Android apps.

Brandon Piety, head of Yippee, said: “Yippee was built by parents for parents. There are no ads, algorithms or attitudes, and the shows on our platform are safe and actually fun. Our platform is unique because we have world-class animated shows like VeggieTales as well as original content and curated YouTube shows—and we’re proud to release the first-ever car show for kids called Backseat Drivers.”
