Xilam Animation’s Oggy and the Cockroaches waxworks have been unveiled at the Grévin Museum in Paris.

Created at Grévin’s workshop, the waxworks feature Oggy and the cockroach trio—Joey, Deedee and Marky. Now open to the public, the installation is the latest in a raft of brand activity for Oggy and the Cockroaches, which opened its first escape room in Paris earlier this year. There have also been additional museum partnerships, exhibitions, a roadshow and street marketing.

Oggy and the Cockroaches, now in its seventh season, reaches 600 million households in 190 countries through global deals with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, along with a lineup of local broadcast partners. On YouTube, the property has more than 7 million subscribers and reaches 200 million views every month.

Marc du Pontavice, CEO at Xilam Animation, said: “It’s been a fantastic year for Oggy and the Cockroaches as we’ve celebrated the 20th anniversary with fans of all ages. We’re delighted Oggy and the Cockroaches has been chosen as one of just a handful of kids’ brands to set up home in the wonderful Grévin Museum and look forward to seeing families further engage with Oggy in this exciting new way for years to come.”
