True and the Rainbow Kingdom to Return with Valentine’s Day Special

True and the Rainbow Kingdom, a Netflix Original series produced by Guru Studio, is set to return to the streaming platform with a Valentine’s Day special episode.

“True: Happy Hearts Day” will center on True and Bartleby’s efforts to cheer up the Rainbow Kingdom after Glummy Glooma turns things blue. The 22-minute episode will debut on Netflix on February 1.

The Valentine’s Day special episode kicks off the release of more True and the Rainbow Kingdom programming, which will include new episodes, seasonal episodes, a 44-minute movie, comedic shorts and musical content. It will all roll out on Netflix throughout 2019 and 2020.

Further, the children’s series’ first line of collectible toys launched last fall at Walmart stores across Canada, and Halloween costumes were sold at Party City and other online retailers. Additional merchandise will be hitting retail in North America later this year.
