Superprod Taps New SVP for Animation

Superprod Group has promoted Virginie Créance to senior VP for animation to centralize the organization and ensure the coordination of its numerous divisions.

Créance will manage operations, studios and manufacturing centers in France, supervise the operations of the group’s foreign subsidiaries in the animation field and pursue and close business opportunities in France and abroad.

After beginning her professional career with musical and digital project management at Microsoft, Créance forayed into animation by supervising series productions at Blue Spirit Studio. She joined Superprod as operations and productions manager, later becoming deputy general manager.

“I am tremendously grateful for the trust placed in me to succeed in this important creative mission,” said Créance. “With the group’s rapid expansion, it is essential that all divisions and subsidiaries of Superprod Animation develop efficiently by focusing on their primary goal: premium animation production. My role will be to ensure proper coordination and development across all areas in order to facilitate the group’s perpetual growth.”

Créance added, “I am particularly keen to strengthen the quality of our human resources and to ensure our numerous training, mentoring and support initiatives flourish. The well-being of our employees and their professional development will remain one of our top priorities for 2022.”
