Superprod Rebranding Animation Studios

Superprod is rebranding its animation studios, including Vanilla Seed, under the Superprod Studio banner.

Three months after opening its office in Los Angeles, Superprod is starting its first production under the Superprod Studio brand. The studio will be in charge of all 3D animation—from modeling and layout to compositing—for the Netflix original show Go! Go! Cory Carson. The CGI animated series is based on the popular toy line Go! Go! Smart Wheels from VTech Electronics.

Go! Go! Cory Carson is produced by Kuku Studios. Alex Woo, co-founder of Kuku Studios, said: “We’re thrilled to be partnering with the folks at Superprod. Having spent most of our careers at Pixar Animation Studios, we have a very high bar when it comes to quality, and the Superprod folks continue to impress us.”
