Studio 100 Film, TF1 Studio Secure Multi-Movie Deal

France-based TF1 Studio has acquired three of Studio 100 Film’s upcoming features, including Maya the Bee: The Honey Games.

Maya the Bee: The Honey Games will be completed at the beginning of December and is slated to hit theaters next year. Maya the Bee: 3 (working title) and Princess Emmy are slated for 2020 and May 2018, respectively.

Maya the Bee: The Honey Games is produced by Studio 100 Media in co-production with Australian company Studio B Animation and in association with Flying Bark Productions. Studio 100 Film is the international sales agency for the worldwide rights. The movie has been sold to 127 countries thus far. Studio 100 Film is presenting the movies this year at AFM, where there will be a screening of Maya the Bee: The Honey Games on November 2. Maya the Bee 1: First Flight initially hit theaters in 2014.
