Kevin and Dan Hageman, executive producers and showrunners of Star Trek: Prodigy, have been added to the roster for the TV Kids Festival, taking place from February 7 to 10, which is open for registration free of charge.

Star Trek: Prodigy was recently nominated for a Children’s & Family Emmy Award for best animated series. The brothers also co-wrote the Golden Globe-nominated film The Croods: A New Age for DreamWorks Animation and were co-executive producers and showrunners of the multiple Emmy Award-winning animated Netflix series Trollhunters from acclaimed director Guillermo Del Toro and DreamWorks Animation. In its second season, the Hagemans won an Emmy for outstanding writing in an animated program and are writing and executive producing the film finale Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans.

The TV Kids Festival will feature keynotes and panels with leading executives and creatives discussing the major trends in the children’s programming business. It will be streamed live and available on-demand on TVKidsFestival.com. Unlike other events requiring hefty registration fees, attendance to the TV Kids Festival is free. The inaugural festival attracted more than 1,700 participants.
