Sky Kids Prebuys 123 Number Squad!

Omens Studios has presold its brand-new preschool series 123 Number Squad! to the U.K.’s Sky Kids.

Aimed at children aged 3 to 6, the show follows three best friends with a shared love of numbers who hang out together in their playroom at 123 Numberville. Whenever a Numberville citizen has a problem, they call the friends for emergency help.

123 Number Squad! is executive produced by Sally Marchant, with Sacha Goedegebure serving as showrunner and Debbie Macdonald as head writer. The writing team in the U.K. and Asia includes up-and-coming writers and veterans, including Ian Carney (Deer Squad, Go Jetters, Chuggington, Bob the Builder), Darren Jones (P. King Duckling, Fireman Sam, Peter Rabbit), Nicole Davis (JoJo and Gran Gran, Pop Paper City), Becky Overton (Thomas and Friends, Miffy’s Adventures Big & Small), Helena Smee (Tickle, Patch & Friends) and several others.

The first season is slated to start airing in February 2023. It will be available on the Sky Kids on-demand channel, as well as the streaming service NOW.
