Sinking Ship Grows Distribution Team

Sinking Ship Entertainment has hired Mehmet Gunduz for the newly created position of manager of TV sales for LatAm, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Gunduz will report to Marilyn Kynaston and Kate Sanagan, the company’s co-heads of sales and distribution. He will be selling some of Sinking Ship’s signature series, including Odd Squad, Dino Dana and the recently launched Endlings.

Gunduz has over a decade of experience in the international content arena, having spent seven years in scripted and non-scripted licensing roles and four in acquisitions. He began his career at Everest International, distributing documentaries and children’s animation shows to EMEA and was most recently with GRB Studios.
