PGS Entertainment Taps DeAPlaneta Entertainment Alum

PGS Entertainment has appointed DeAPlaneta Entertainment alum Paula Taborda Dos Guaranys as executive VP of acquisitions and development.

Taborda Dos Guaranys will be responsible for providing strategic direction in developing kids and family content for the global market. Prior to this appointment, she was the director of original content, acquisitions and co-productions at DeAPlaneta.

Previously, Taborda Dos Guaranys led originals and international co-productions at Globo Group’s kids’ content hub.

At PGS Entertainment, she will work closely with Philippe and Guillaume Soutter, co-founders of PGS.

“Having known Paula for over ten years, we have had the chance to notice her professionalism and deep knowledge of the kids’ industry,” the Soutters said. “We are pleased to be welcoming her to PGS [to] uniquely help build our content lineup.”
