Nick to Air Power Rangers Through 2018

LOS ANGELES: Nickelodeon will continue to broadcast Saban Brands’ Power Rangers franchise through 2018, with the 24th season of the long-running series due out next year.

That season will be titled Power Rangers Ninja Steel. The show’s latest run, Power Rangers Dino Super Charge, will debut January 30. It marks the first time in the franchise’s history that ten Power Rangers are united on the same team.

“We’re thrilled to continue our longtime partnership with Nickelodeon to launch future installments of the Power Rangers series on this incredible platform,” said Janet Hsu, the CEO of Saban Brands.

Pam Kaufman, the chief marketing officer and president of consumer products at Nickelodeon Group, added: “Saban Brands has been a terrific partner over the years, and we are excited to extend our relationship to continue bringing kids the action and excitement of Power Rangers to Nickelodeon.”
